Another house in Alderley Edge. I installed the heating and plumbing a good few years ago, and I've looked after it ever since.

Downstairs, the underfloor heating pipe went onto insulation over a large open-plan floor, and the floor was screeded over it. Upstairs, the pipe sits on spreader plates between the joists.

The cold water is on a twin-pump booster set, sat on a break tank. The first photo is how it went in. The second is the same set, years later, still in its housing.

There is an air source heat pump on the system. I still go back to service it and to sort faults. These are from visits with the cover off, checking the unit on the water side.
